State and federal epidemiologists to meet in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Health officials from across the region and from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will meet in Oklahoma City this week.
The Epidemic Intelligence Service officers will hold a regional conference Thursday in Oklahoma City.
The group will hear presentations on research into topics such as hepatitis B in prisons, tuberculosis, traumatic brain injuries, Rocky Mountain spotted fever and the West Nile virus.
