The case of a mother accused of abducting her 8-year-old daughter from a Sand Springs bus stop last week continues in a Tulsa County District courtroom.

A judge assigned Tina Lambert a public defender, but did not reduce her bond.

Prosecutors say Lambert took her daughter, Alyssa Henderson, last Tuesday. They say she planned to take her out of state, even though she didn't have any legal rights to the girl. Police arrested Lambert two days later at an east Tulsa motel. Alyssa was not hurt.

Lambert goes to court again on March 22nd.
