It's a case of corporate policy versus worker freedom. A debate is underway over whether companies can ban employees from having guns in their vehicles.

Jimmy Wyatt and several other employees were fired from the Weyerhaeuser mill in Valliant, Oklahoma for having guns in their vehicles. They say they didn't know about the zero tolerance policy. The company says it wanted to ensure worker safety. Jimmy Wyatt: "There's no second chance and I can't understand why. You take everything I've worked my whole life for and you take it away from me just like that."

The case prompted action in the Oklahoma legislature making it legal for employees to have weapons in their vehicles, but that law is tied up in court.
