A Tulsa woman accused of starting a bogus statewide amber alert has been ruled competent to stand trial.
Lisa Miller pleaded guilty before a Tulsa judge last week. But the judge rejected her plea, saying he didn't think Miller knew what was going on. At a competency hearing, the judge ruled the defense didn't show a reason for Miller to be ruled incompetent.
Her trial is now scheduled for March 14th.
