Tulsa traffic investigators need help with an unusual case. It happened a week ago Monday just before 6 AM near 41st and Sheridan.

A 74 year old man rear-ended a car, the accident was his fault, yet, the other driver took off and the man has since died, which makes it leaving the scene of a fatal accident.

Tulsa Police believe the vehicle that left is a maroon or red Chevy Astro van made between 1985 and 1995. They expect it to have damage to the rear, right side.
