CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) -- A former Oklahoma congressman and six other people were named as resident fellows at Harvard University's Institute of Politics.
Brad Carson and the others, including Mary Beth Cahill, former campaign manager for the Kerry-Edwards presidential campaign will lead weekly, not-for-credit study groups during spring semester.
Michael Deaver -- the former deputy chief of staff to President Ronald Reagan -- will serve as a visiting fellow at the Institute of Politics, located at Harvard's John -F- Kennedy School of Government.
Information on the study groups the fellows will lead is scheduled to be released in mid-February.
