HENRYETTA, Okla. (AP) A 66-year-old woman has died in a one-vehicle crash on the Indian Nations Turnpike.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Joyce M. Brown of Eufaula died in the crash shortly before 4 pm Sunday in Okmulgee County.
Troopers say the crash occurred about three miles south of Henryetta in the turnpike's southbound lanes. Brown's vehicle ran off the road to the right, struck a guardrail and rolled more than six times, coming to rest on its top.
Brown was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene from neck injuries. There were no passengers in her car.
The patrol says the victim wasn't wearing a seat belt.
