More than 41,000 PikePass customers will soon be getting an apology letter in the mail. That's because an earlier letter had a typo in it.
The letter listed a toll free number for a help line, but when callers dialed, they were connected to a phone-sex line.
OTA will also be mailing out a notice to give customers the correct phone number.
