MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- A burned body found in a crashed sport utility vehicle near Muskogee may be that of a man reported missing by a Tulsa family.

The body was found Sunday along the Arkansas River by a man and his son out for a walk.

The body may be that of Bill Maciel, who was reported missing last week by his family.

Muskogee County Chief Deputy Darrin Smith says it appears the SUV was speeding and went out of control, hit a mound of dirt and crashed into a tree before catching fire.

Smith says foul play is not suspected and there's no indication the crash was anything other than an accident.
