CHICKASHA, Okla. (AP) _ A 12-year-old Texas boy has died from injuries he sustained in an accident Sunday morning in Grady County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Cole M-Fox of Katy, Texas, died after the pickup he was riding in rolled twice about 10:20 Sunday morning on a county road at the Grady-Garvin county line.

Troopers say Fox was pinned for about 15 minutes and died at the scene from head injuries.

He was a passenger in an eastbound pickup driven by 40-year-old David Fox, 40, also of Katy.

David Fox was taken to a hospital where he was treated and released.

The patrol says David Fox was driving at an unsafe speed and lost control.

Both were wearing seat belts.
