An attempted carjacking ended Saturday with three elderly people injured and the suspect on the loose.

Tulsa Police say the suspect pistol-whipped the victims - one man and two women - before running off without their car. Officers say the suspect left-behind a purple bicycle which may be linked to another crime.

The suspect in the attempted carjacking is described as a black male in his early twenties about 5'8" tall and 140 pounds.
