OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A convenience store owner who's been robbed three times in the past year faces a first-degree murder complaint for allegedly killing an unarmed thief.
Trung Duong (DWAHNG) is accused of shooting the robber after the suspect grabbed several cartons of cigarettes and tried to run.
The dead man hasn't been identified.
Police say the southwest Oklahoma City store has been burglarized three times in the past year, including once when Duong was trying to lock up and was hit in the head by two men who forced their way into the store.
