A domestic dispute near 41st Street and 108th East Avenue in Tulsa leads one man in the hospital and another behind bars.

Tulsa Police say it started with a man arguing with his step-daughter before midnight. The biological father stepped in and police say stabbed the step-father. The wounded man ran to nearby restaurant for help and was taken to a local hospital, he will recover.

Police later arrested the suspect at a nearby apartment complex when he called officers asking for protection.
