MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) _ A Muskogee County jury is recommending 20 years in prison for a woman it convicted of allowing her husband to sexually abuse her son.

Alisha Mackey was found guilty of permitting child abuse and failing to report the abuse.

Her husband, Jimmy Don Mackey, is in prison after pleading guilty in July to rape, molestation and sodomy charges.

Formal sentencing for Alisha Mackey is set for January 10th.

She's due back in court on Thursday on additional charges of allowing and failing to report child abuse for incidents involving another of her children.

Prosecutors say they're working to terminate Alisha Mackey's parental rights.
