OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ An 80-year-old woman crossing the street to sing at a senior center is struck and killed in northwest Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City police say Olive Manning of Oklahoma City died at the scene of Thursday night's accident.

Police say Manning was walking east when she was hit by a southbound car driven by a 61-year-old woman.

Police say no tickets will be issued to the driver. They say Manning was wearing dark clothes, and the driver wasn't speeding.
