Oklahoma pleads guilty in Kansas car wash murder

TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) -- An Oklahoma man charged in connection with a Kansas murder has agreed to plead guilty.
18-year-old Jesse Dean Chandler of Claremore was charged in the July murder of a man who was killed at a Topeka car wash while his wife and children watched.
Chandler is the second of four people charged in the case to reach a plea deal. Chandler agreed to testify against a third defendant, who is charged with first-degree murder.
The fourth defendant is charged with aiding a felon.
