SEMINOLE, Okla. (AP) _ A Bowlegs man and his grandson have died from injuries they sustained in an accident in Seminole County on Oklahoma 99 yesterday afternoon.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 63-year-old Andrew Davis died at the scene of the accident after being pinned in his vehicle for nearly 40 minutes.
Nine-year-old Deakota Joshua was also pronounced dead at the scene after being trapped in the vehicle for an hour and 20 minutes.
The two were killed when a pickup traveling eastbound traveled left of center hitting Davis' vehicle at about 1:30 yesterday afternoon.
