An early Wednesday morning accident sends one person to the hospital.

Tulsa Police say a woman was driving south on US Highway 169 near the 31st Street exit when she lost control of her vehicle, ran off the road and crashed into several safety barrels.

Police say she had only minor injuries. She was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
