OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Police have identified a man killed as he tried to enter a home through an unlocked back door.
Police say 33-year-old Elvin Dewayne Scroggins was shot by the homeowner as he tried to break into the home.
Scroggins was found dead in the back yard.
The district attorney's office will decide if the homeowner will face charges.
