Multi-county grand jury issues two sealed indictments

A state grand jury investigating the alcohol-related death of an OU fraternity pledge has issued a sealed indictment.
Two Sigma Chi fraternity members testified Monday before the grand jury in the investigation of the death of Blake Hammontree. Hammontree's blood-alcohol content was .42 when he died.
The multi-county grand jury indictment names two people on three counts each. The identities of the defendants and the charges they face were not revealed.
The indictments will be unsealed Friday.
