Tulsa's Prentiss Elliott faces a new charge

New charges have been filed against OSU athlete Prentiss Elliott.
He now faces a misdemeanor charge for assaulting a Tulsa Police officer during a high school basketball game last December. Officer Josh Martin was working as a security officer but wearing a police uniform during the game.
The charge is punishable by up to one-year in jail and a fine of up to a-thousand dollars. Elliott also faces a count of resisting arrest.
