Traffic fatalities down in November, up for year

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The number of traffic fatalities in Oklahoma is down so far this month, but is up for the year.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 14 people have died on the state's roads so far in November compared to 25 at this time in November 2003.
There have been 654 total traffic fatalities during 2004, up from 586 at this time last year.
