Governor Brad Henry is trying to decide today who should replace Creek County judge Donald Thompson.
Thompson[pictured] resigned after being accused of sexual misconduct on the bench during cases. A 13-member judicial nominating committee looked at seven candidates and sent three names to the Governor.
By, law, he must appoint one of the three. One nominee is already a Creek County judge, Rick Woolery. One is a Creek County prosecutor, Carol Iski. The third is a Tulsa attorney, Doug Golden.
