EL RENO, Okla. (AP) The FBI has identified an inmate who was found dead at the Federal Correctional Institution in El Reno over the weekend.

Jose Flores-Sanchez was discovered just before 10 AM Saturday in a housing unit television room.

FBI spokesman Gary Johnson says investigators believe Flores-Sanchez died between 8:30 AM and 9 AM that day.

While the Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office hasn't determined an exact cause of death, Johnson says it's believed he died a very violent death.

Flores-Sanchez's hometown and age weren't immediately available.

Johnson says an investigation is continuing.
