A multi-million dollar luxury retirement community in Tulsa is celebrating its first anniversary.

Inverness Village at 3800 West 71st consists of 257 apartments and cottages. There is also a convenience store, beauty shop, bank, post office, ice cream parlor and art studio.

The $95-million complex took three years to complete and is home to more than 400 people.
