An accident leads to an unusual stop and an arrest late Sunday.

Just before midnight, Tulsa Police were called to an injury accident near 31st and US Highway 169. As they neared the scene, they stopped a speeding vehicle.

Inside were a man and a woman who'd been hurt in that accident. They were being driven for help when the driver was stopped.

As officers worked this scene, another vehicle struck a firefighter. That driver took off, but was arrested nearby on US Highway 169. The firefighter wasn't seriously hurt.

We don't have the conditions of the two accident victims.
