Tulsa Police are investigating a robbery which led to a shooting at an apartment complex at 9820 East 21st Place.

It happened about 10 PM Wednesday at the Shoreline Apartments.

Officers say three men approached a 19-year-old man on a sidewalk and demanded money. When the victim refused and tried to get away, shots were fired.

Tulsa Police Cpl Brandon Watkins: "He turned to walk away and apparently one of them pulled out a gun and shot him in the arm."

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

No money was taken. Police are still searching for the suspects involved.
