CLAREMORE, Okla. (AP) _ Traffic fatalities in northern Oklahoma killed three people Saturday.

Two women were killed early Saturday while traveling on the Will Rogers Turnpike near Claremore, according to troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Breanne Mitchell, 23, of Broken Arrow, and 19-year-old Alicia Page, of Glenpool, were both pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Both women were pinned in their car for nearly two hours.

Troopers said the vehicle driven by Mitchell was traveling east bound in the west bound lanes and hit a pickup truck head on at about 3 a.m.

The driver and two passengers in the truck were transported to a Tulsa hospital for treatment. The driver of the truck was listed in critical condition.

The people in the truck were wearing their seat belts, the women were not.

In Kay County, a 41-year-old woman was killed when the driver of a van failed to stop at an intersection and hit the driver's door at about 9 a.m. Saturday.

The door was opened and a 3-year-old girl was partially ejected. Her foot was pinned between the seat and the door for about 10 minutes until firefighters could free her with a pry bar.

The girl was flown to a Wichita, Kan., hospital in serious condition with internal injuries and injuries to her head, trunk and leg.

None of the people involved in the accident were wearing their seat belts, troopers said.
