OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Governor Brad Henry says he plans to sign two bills that were designed to expand health insurance coverage for thousands of Oklahomans. Henry says he will sign bills that will expand eligibility for the Insure Oklahoma program to more small businesses and extend health care coverage to as many as 42,000 -uninsured children in the state.
Both bills were part of the Democratic governor's legislative agenda.
