JAY, Okla. (AP) -- The pilot of a plane that crashed into Grand Lake and killed three passengers is pleading not guilty to manslaughter charges. Thomas Brent Caldwell is charged in Delaware County District Court in Jay with three counts of manslaughter for the deaths of Mariano Carlos of Pryor and Everado Robles and Lalo Campos of Mexico.

Officials say the three victims drowned after the plane crashed into the lake in December.

Caldwell's trial is set to begin August 6th.
