A Green Country soldier receives a warm welcome home on Friday.

"It's awesome, unbelievable. I'm just glad, glad to be back home," said Specialist Justin Garrison.

Army Specialist Justin Garrison is home on leave from Iraq. While home, Mom says she expects a lot of hugs. Dad says he just wants to spend as much time with his son as he can.

Garrison's been overseas for the past three months. When he returns, Garrison says he'll have another eleven months over there. But, until he has to go back, he plans to spend time with his family, fiancÃ© and friends here in Green Country.
