Billy Gandy, a missing alzheimer’s patient, was found alive near Okmulgee Lake Friday afternoon. The 73-year-old was reported missing Thursday evening. His pickup was found abandoned late Thursday night near the lake, but a search didn’t start until Friday morning because of weather and darkness.
