A semi-trailer ends up on top of a traffic barrier overnight in Tulsa. Tulsa Police say about 4 a.m. Wednesday, a truck driver was trying to turn onto 36th Street North from the Tisdale Expressway.
The truck's trailer became perched on top of a concrete traffic barrier in a construction zone. Police closed several nearby streets while they worked to clear the scene.
