UNDATED (AP) -- The Reverend Al Sharpton says Don Imus' comments about the Rutgers University women's basketball team have intensified an ongoing campaign against derogatory language in the entertainment industry.

Sharpton appeared on "Fox News Sunday."

He says his National Action Network will name the artists it's targeting during the group's national conference this week.

Sharpton also takes on those asking why a campaign against rap music hasn't been launched before, saying the media has overlooked efforts in the past.

He says members of both parties should be questioned about their involvement with certain artists, saying that President Bush, as well as Senators Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, have hosted hip-hop personalities at events.
