A trust fund has been set up in memory of Cody Holmes, the young man killed Friday, April 6, during a Tulsa pawn shop robbery. The shooting happened at the EZ Pawn near Admiral and Memorial.
Tulsa Police say one of the suspects turned himself in this week. He is identified as 24-year-old Marcel Frazier. Police say Frazier allegedly punched the victim, Cody Holmes, just before he was shot.
Tulsa Police are still looking for two other suspects involved in the shooting. One of those suspects has been identified as 17-year-old Marquaillo Holbert. Police believe he is the person who shot and killed Holmes.
Tulsa Police hope anyone with information will call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
People can make donations in memory of Cody Holmes at any Tulsa Teachers Credit Union. The family would like to use the money to donate at least one bulletproof vest to the Tulsa Police Department and donate money to the ROTC program.
