An arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of a pawn shop clerk. Tulsa Police say one of the suspects turned himself in Tuesday night. He is identified as 24-year-old Marcel Frazier. Frazier allegedly punched the victim, Cody Holmes, just before he was shot. Frazier is being held in the Tulsa County jail on complaints of armed robbery and first-degree murder.
Tulsa Police are still looking for two other suspects involved in the shooting. 17-year-old Marquaillo Holbert has a warrant out for his arrest. Tulsa Police believe he's the person who shot and killed Holmes in the EZ Pawn near Admiral and Memorial on Friday.
Investigators say Holbert, Frazier and another man went inside the pawnshop while someone remained in the getaway car. Holmes was shot in front of a half- dozen customers and three other employees.
Monday, the victim's mother made a public plea, hoping someone would turn in the men who killed her son.
"I lost my son. I lost time with him. I'll never get to see him again," said Darlene Patton.
Tulsa Police hope anyone with information will call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
