The mayor of Gore faces misdemeanor DUI charges in Sequoyah County. Sequoyah County Sheriff's deputies arrested Mike Kinnear Wednesday evening after making a traffic stop.

Deputies say they had Kinnear take a breathalyzer test and Kinnear allegedly came back with a .09 on the breathalyzer test. The limit is under state law is .08.

If convicted, Kinnear faces fines and the loss of his driver's license.
