Tulsa prosecutors filed a first-degree manslaughter charge against 21-year-old David Anderson. David Anderson admits to killing his older brother, Joshua, back on March21, but he says he only shot Joshua after Joshua began attacking him.
Their mother was home during the shooting and reportedly told police that it was Joshua who attacked David. Police say this wasn't the first time they were called to the Anderson home because the two boys were fighting.
Joshua was 23 years old. He'd been in the Air National Guard for the past four years.
Friends say he'd dreamed of becoming a pilot.
