EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) _ The Final Four is set. Florida takes on UCLA in Atlanta on Saturday. And Georgetown, reaching the NCAA semifinals for the first time in more than than two decades, will take on Ohio State.

Georgetown roared from a ten-point deficit in the final seven minutes of regulation and then scored the first 14 points of overtime to eliminate top-seed North Carolina 96-84 to win the East Regional. The Hoyas outscored the Tar Heels 15-3 in overtime. The Tar Heels didn't score until there were seven seconds left in OT.

Jeff Green led the Hoyas with 20. Tyler Hansbrough had 26 for the Tar Heels, who end their season at 31-7.

That sends the 30-6 Hoyas into the Final Four and a national semifinal matchup against Ohio State next Saturday. It's the first time that a father and son coach have sent a team to the Final Four. This Georgetown team is coached by John Thompson III, son of the former Hoyas coach.

Meanwhile, the Florida Gators' dream of being the first team since Duke in 1992 to repeat as national champions is still alive. With Lee Humphrey scoring 23 points, the top-seeded Gators beat Oregon 85-77 in the NCAA Midwest Regional final.

Florida advances to next weekend's Final Four to face West champion UCLA. That's a rematch of last year's national championship game won by the Gators.
