UNDATED (AP) _ Ohio State, UCLA, Kansas and Memphis all won tense victories Thursday night and need one more victory to reach the Final Four.

Ohio State put on a frantic rally from 20 points down and Greg Oden saved the Buckeyes with a last-second block that propelled them past Tennessee 85-84 in the South Regional semifinal.

Senior Ron Lewis scored 25 points and freshman Mike Conley had 9-of his 17 from the foul line, including the winner with 6.5 seconds left.

Ohio State next plays Memphis for the South Regional title Saturday. Memphis posted its 25th straight win by nipping Texas A&M, 65-64. Antonio Anderson made 2-with 3.1 seconds left to win it.

At the West Regional in San Jose, top-seed Kansas earned a hard-fought 61-58 win over upset-minded Southern Illinois. Brandon Rush scored 12 points without missing a shot for the Jayhawks.

Kansas will play UCLA in one of Saturday's regional finals. Arron Afflalo made all 10-of his free throws and UCLA shot 23-26 from the line to knock off Pittsburgh 64-55 in the West Regional semifinals.

The final regional semifinal games will take place Friday in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and St. Louis. Georgetown plays Vanderbilt and top-seed North Carolina takes on Southern California in the Meadowlands.

At the Midwest Regional semifinals in St. Louis, Butler takes on defending national champion Florida with UNLV playing Oregon 30 minutes after that game ends.
