OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama is planning his first campaign stop in Oklahoma. The U.S. senator from Illinois will attend a fundraiser at the Farmer's Public Market Building at 311 South Klein in Oklahoma City. About 1,000 tickets were sold for $25 each, and state party officials say the event is sold out.
Obama is the second Democratic presidential candidate to visit the state this week. New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson attended a private fundraiser in Oklahoma City Sunday.
Party officials say U.S. Senator Joe Biden of Delaware also is tentatively planning a trip to Oklahoma this week.
