A Tulsa area family has filed a $50,000 civil lawsuit against a Catholic priest and the Diocese of Tulsa. The suit alleges Reverend Kenneth Lewis sexually abused their son during a 2001 family trip to Chicago.
Lewis, who attended seminary in the area, traveled with the family to show them the city. The boy and his parents still live in the Tulsa area.
Lewis hasn't been active in parish ministry since 2002.
