New Charges Filed In Child Abuse Investigation

Three additional counts of child abuse have been filed in Tulsa County District Court against a Broken Arrow mother. Penny Holloway now faces a total of seven felony charges. She was arrested last August when an anonymous caller told Broken Arrow Police that Holloway's 14 and 5-year-old girls were home alone and covered in filth.

The girls told Broken Arrow Police a story of being tied up, whipped, forced to take drugs and spend the night in dog crates. Holloway says the claims of abuse are exaggerated. She also told authorities she is Bipolar.

Holloway's bond is set at $100,000. She'll be arraigned April 2nd in Tulsa County District Court.
