TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A Tulsa hospital security officer is recovering after being cut Friday morning by a man he was questioning about recent car break-ins.
Tulsa Police say the St. Francis Hospital security officer was patrolling the parking lot shortly before 5:30 a.m. when he saw a man matching the description of a man who had robbed vehicles last week.
Tulsa Police say the officer stopped and was talking to the man when the man cut him with what appeared to be a box cutter.
The security officer was treated at the hospital's emergency room. His name hasn't been released.
