EL PASO, Texas (AP) Ben Uzoh and Rod Earls each scored 10 points to help Tulsa to a 66-51 victory over Texas-El Paso Saturday night.

Brett McDade added 8-points, while Calvin Walls led the Golden Hurricane with 8-rebounds.

TU led 32-18 at halftime and never trailed. They made only 38 percent of their shots but UTEP was worse, hitting only 25 percent of their shots from the field.

Kevin Henderson led the Miners with 14 points and 6-rebounds and Maurice Thomas added 10.

The victory improves TU's record to 16-9 overall and 6-6 in Conference USA.

The Miners fall to 13-13 and 5-7.
