NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ The Oklahoma football team will be practicing behind closed doors this spring.

The Sooners say only the annual spring game and possibly two scrimmages will be open to the public.

OU will have 15 practices from March 5th through April 19th with the spring game scheduled for April seventh.

OU spokesman Kenny Mossman says the closed practice policy is similar to all other Sooner practices during the season and is consistent with what other schools are doing.
