Burglary charges have been filed against three people from Arkansas, accused of breaking into a Delaware County home without power after the ice storm earlier this month.

Timothy Gordon [top picture], Jerold Mitchell [bottom picture] and Kathleen Vonree are accused of breaking into Gordon's grandparents home in Rose.

Delaware County Sheriffâ€™s Office reports show investigators became suspicious of the three, after a car accident on US highway 412. The suspects were spotted stashing pillow cases across the road.

Inside the pillow cases, officers found jewelry, guns and prescription drugs that were reported stolen earlier in the evening.
