The defense will continue its case Tuesday in the double murder trial of a Tulsa man. Prosecutors rested their case Friday against Leroy Smith.

He's accused of walking into a north Tulsa hardware store, shooting two employees to death and attacking a third. Prosecutors say he admitted to his wife he was involved in the murders.

The state is asking for the death penalty.
