CHICKASHA, Okla. (AP) Grady County prosecutors will try for a third time to secure a manslaughter conviction against a Chickasha man.
A Grady County jury last week was unable to reach a verdict against William Brant Yancey, prompting the judge to declare a hung jury.
Prosecutors say they'll schedule a new trial for Yancey, who's accused in the death of Brian Keith Littles in October 2005. Yancey is accused of hitting Littles, who fell, hit his head on a curb and died.
During Littles' first trial in October, a mistrial was declared after a witness mentioned that a polygraph test was administered during the course of the investigation.
