Tulsa Police have arrested a man accused of exposing himself to young girls.

Robert Flores was taken into custody after a group of 8-year-old girls said he exposed himself to them while on a walk.

Flores was convicted last year of a misdemeanor, outraging public decency. He also has an indecent exposure case that goes to court in a couple of months.
